Juggling and stress

Juggling is great for stress relief and some people even use it as a form of active meditation.

As any juggling pattern take a lot of dedicated focus and concentration to maintan, juggling will take your mind off pretty much anything else that might be troubling you.

It will, of course, not remove the things that caused the stress in the first place, but juggling can be a great tool to completely distract you from other worries for a while.

You could, for instance, try a 2-3 minute juggling session in a break at work, if your mind feels overloaded.
